What materials are used in your products?I use eco-friendly materials, 100% natural and non-toxic: untreated wooden beads without lacquer (apple, beech, ash, cedar), 100% cotton yarn, hypoallergenic holofiber, recycled plastic packaging from chocolate eggs, and 100% cotton fabric.

What type of packaging do you use for the toys?I package all my toys in cotton pouches. These pouches are great for transportation, gifting, and keeping the toys safe.

Can a personal message be added to the gift wrapping?I can include a greeting card with a message on it for the toy and place it inside the packaging.

What options are available for gift packaging?I'm committed to environmental preservation, which is why I'm not a proponent of additional disposable gift packaging. Instead, I pack all my toys in cotton pouches, providing an excellent eco-friendly solution that serves both as a gift package and can be reused. Upon request, I can personally embellish this pouch, add embroidery, or include hand-crocheted small details. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in a unique gift presentation. How long does shipping usually take?We use UkrPoshta's tracked shipping and your country's tracked courier service to deliver your orders. Typically, it takes around 14 to 28 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that occasionally there might be minor delays, but rest assured, we're working hard to ensure your order reaches you within 30 days. In the rare case that it takes longer than 60 days, we'll consider it lost and take necessary actions. It's important to know that these delays are beyond our control and are influenced by postal services and customs of the recipient country. Factors such as seasonal holidays, strikes, or customs processing times might affect delivery. However, please understand that these elements aren't within our realm of control. During peak periods like holidays, shipments to destinations such as the USA and Australia might experience extended wait times of up to 45-60 days due to customs procedures. While these instances are infrequent, they remind us of the unpredictable nature of the delivery process. We want to assure you that if you have any concerns or questions, we're here to support you. What are the age recommendations for your toys?My toys are designed for children aged 3 months and older. However, it's important not to leave small children unattended with toys. If you notice any signs of damage or wear, refrain from allowing children to play with them.

What tips can you provide for caring for handmade toys?We recommend hand washing in cold water with gentle baby soap. Avoid soaking the toy for an extended period (wooden beads might get wet and crack). Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry. If needed, redistribute the stuffing. Allow to air dry. Prolonged exposure to water or sunlight may cause wooden parts to crack. Remember, these are handmade toys, and proper care will help them maintain their quality and charm for a long time. If a toy has wooden or non-soft parts, how can I clean them?For toys with wooden or non-soft parts, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. You can lightly wipe the non-soft parts with a damp cloth if necessary. Be cautious not to soak wooden parts, as they can crack if exposed to water for too long.
